DataScape
DataScape works with internal and external legal and accounting professionals to ensure seamless execution of client mandates. Together, the DataScape Team are specialists in the field of processing due diligence and transaction execution. We work with clients and their advisory firms to assemble the due diligence and process the details of transactions so that they can financially function in global markets.
DataScape provides concise lists of what is typically required, can attend the client’s home or office to assist in assembling and confirming the validity of documents in a form that will be required by all financial institutions. Document templates are provided for items required such as reference letters and FATCA forms. With client’s permission and guidance, DataScape will work with existing investment and banking relationships to assemble the required information. DataScape organizes the documents and information collected, and submits it to the entities selected by the clients and/or their advisors in an efficient and timely manner.
DataScape can also act in the role of oversight in document preparation and transaction execution. When given the mandate to see a transaction to completion, the DataScape Team takes on the role of facilitator, skillfully working with all participants involved. In the role of facilitator, we ensure that the requirements of all participants are met and transactions are completed in a manner that best meets the clients’ needs.
